The data pipeline
Four stages, each auditable. Every field in your export traces back to a source URL and a verification decision.

Curated locator databases per vertical + market are swept in parallel. Allowlist and exclude patterns gate every source.

Verification
Every record is cross-checked against state licensing, ZIP + geo alignment, and host allowlists. Failures are dropped with reasons.

Verified rows land in the Lead Database and export as a dated CSV. A parallel rejects CSV documents every drop.

Each stage maps to a screen inside Command Center: data lives in Databases, enrichment runs through Enrichment, verification decisions are logged in API Logs, and finished records appear in the Lead Database.
What medical director verification actually checks
Aesthetic services are regulated. A lead without an active, specialty-matched medical director is a compliance risk and a wasted outreach. We check every one.
- Active state medical license
- Specialty match (aesthetic / dermatology / plastic surgery)
- ZIP + geo alignment with listed address
- Host allowlist / exclude patterns applied
- Deduplication on canonical URL + phone
- Timestamped sweep history for every run
Drop reasons are transparent: blocked_host, zip_mismatch, unverified_director, and duplicate all appear in the rejects CSV for auditing. See the live decision log in API Logs.

Provider, medical director, phone, email where available, physical address, and source URL — per row. Browse them in the Lead Database.
Per (vertical, market) source sets, allowlist and exclude patterns saved so switching templates restores the right pipeline.
